VOYAGERS
(Love does not consist of gazing at each other, but in looking outward together in the same direction)
On February 14, 1990, the Voyager 1 space probe, which was designed to explore the universe beyond our solar system, turned around to take one last picture of Earth. This iconic image, known as the Pale Blue Dot, reveals our planet as a tiny speck in the vastness of space, offering a profound perspective on life.

The object created reflects and symbolises the Pale Blue Dot. The texture of the piece draws inspiration from nature, highlighting the importance of connections that help each other grow and thrive, like the mycelium network supports much of life on Earth.
Voyagers invites viewers to embark on a personal journey as voyagers themselves. It encourages them to reflect on everything they love and cherish on this blue dot we call home. As they contemplate their surroundings, they are urged to seek out connections that can help life and love flourish as they continue their journey.
